Registration Information
A non-refundable registration fee of $50 will be required at the time of registration.
*before registration, applicants will be asked to provide the school with 3 choices of preferences of lesson time. Registration fee can ONLY be credited if the choices of lesson time from the preferences are not available.

Interview
The interview session serves 3 purposes:
1. For the applicants to become familiar with Opus119's philosophy and education system.
2. To determine applicant’s study history or natural musical abilities.
3. To determine whether an applicant will be accepted to the Opus119 programs.

Schedule of Lessons
Lessons will be scheduled upon registration. Applicant will be notified of the date and time of their lesson after the decision has been made by the director.

Tuition
• Discovery Program:
• Group Lesson: 45min Lesson (30min piano + 15 theory) = 24.75 / session
• Group Lesson: 1 hour Lesson (30min piano + 30 theory) = 32.5 / session
• Private Lesson: 30min Lesson = 32.625 / lesson
• Private Lesson: 1 hour Lesson (30min piano + 30 group theory) = 40.125 / session
• Odyssey Program:
• 1 hour Lesson: (30min instrumental + 30min theory) = 43.75 / lesson
• 1 hour and 15min Lesson: (45min instrumental + 30min theory) = 60.63 / session
• (Students who passed level 9 CM are not required to take theory class)
• Gate Program:
• 1 hour and 15min Lesson: (45min instrumental + 30min theory) = 68.78 / session
• Conservatory Program:
• By audition and invitation only

Payment Information
Payment by Automatic Credit Card and ATM Charge:
Tuition payments will be made by pre-authorized automatic monthly payments on the 1st day of each month. The first month is non-refundable. All other incidentals charges above $30 will be billed separately. Competition, CM, and festival fees are prepaid and non-refundable.
Monthly payments by checks, credit cards and cash:
Monthly payment must be received by the 1st of each month. $25 late fee will be applied per month if payment is not received by the 1st of each month. Due to the high demand for lesson times, students with late payments may risk losing their lesson time slots to those on the waiting list. The first month's tuition is non-refundable.
Payment calculation and terminations:
The first month payment for new student is prorated and subject to the number of lessons given in that month based on Opus119 calendar. According to Opus119's payment system, in the event of lesson termination, there may be balance for the unpaid lessons which will be billed as a final invoice. Invoice of books and other materials must be paid within 14 days.
Material Fee (other than music and theory books): $20 material fee every half a year is charged after the initial first 6 months from sign up.
Group Lesson is paid in full at the time of registration.
